Raw Milk and Cinnamon Gummy Bears Recipe :

3 Tbsp gelatin
1 C. raw milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
2 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

Also, you will need :

-silicone molds

Preparation process:

  • put the water in a large bowl
  • sprinkle gelatin over the top, push aside.
  • mix the spices with the raw milk on the lowest heat
  • whisk to stir
  • stir for 2-3 minutes (do not boil!)
  • turn off the heat,
  • stir in the maple syrup
  • mix
  • pour the mixture into the bowl with the water and gelatin
  • stir until the gelatin dissolves
  • pour the mixture into your silicone mold
  • refrigerate for 3 – 4 hours
  • pp out of the mold
  • serve
  • Refrigerate leftover gummy bears in an airtight container
  • you can keep them 3-4 days.

Tips :

  • when using gelatin, do not heat the liquid to boiling it needs to be warm, but not too hot
  • use  2-3 tbsp of gelatin per 1 C. of liquid
  • if you are using a baking dish grease prior to pouring in the liquid.
